At Alis & Sons, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Once your purchase is confirmed, it is typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship throughout the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. For your convenience, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below that amount are subject to a flat $5.95 shipping fee. Expedited delivery options are also available at checkout for customers who need their order faster.

Every order is carefully packaged by the Alis & Sons team to ensure that your perfume arrives safely and intact. We use protective wrapping and sturdy materials to guard against damage, breakage, or leakage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or if you encounter any issues with delivery, our customer support team is here to help and will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

At Alis & Sons, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure you feel confident shopping with us.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or tested. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
