Return & Exchange
At Alis & Sons, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure you feel confident shopping with us.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or tested. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
